Q. What makes your straps the best?
A. When it comes to things that have an element of creativity in them, like Clothing, Art, Music and our Guitar Straps, we do not believe that there is a better and a best. There is what you like and what you don’t.
With that said, we do take great pride in the quality of materials and workmanship that go into each strap. Each hole is punched through a thick double suede end and stitched around for extra strength.
Q. Will my new suede backed strap bleed on my fancy white shirt when I get really hot and sweaty?
A. It better not! Our suede is treated to avoid this. While we are a new company, we have a bunch of straps already out on the road being road tested and our friends that have been worried about this have reported back with no problems.
Q. 55″ is just not long enough. Can you make a longer strap for me?
A. Yes we can. Email firstname.lastname@example.org and let him know which strap you want and how long you need it. Extra long straps cost an additional $10.
Q. What countries do you ship to?
A. Currently our web page is set up for the USA and Canada. We will ship to almost anywhere in the world so drop us a line if you are interested and we will work it out.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your strap to us for any reason as long as it is in like new condition. We will you refund the cost of the strap but not the shipping.
Q. Will you make me a custom strap with the fabric of my choice?
A. At this point in time we are not doing any custom work. Sorry.
Q. I’m too broke to pay you cash but I have some cool guitar pedals I could trade you. Do you do trades?
A. Maybe, it depends on what you have. We are big time pedal geeks here at Jaykco, so send email@example.com a note with photos of what you have and what you want and maybe he can work something out.
Q. Can I trade in my old guitar strap towards the purchase of a new Jaykco strap?
A. Probably not, but send us a photo of it and we can see. We are into to cool vintage straps and other stuff so you never know. We especially are looking for some cool older “Built by Wendy” straps.
